I am using someone else's computer to load music from my Cd's onto my new shuffle (a gift), and I want to make sure I empty all of the files from their computer when I'm finished so I don't take up any of their memory. After I've imported the music , how do I clear the Media Player library (there is no other content in the library, so I want to make sure I clear it completely)? How do you clear the Media Player library after importing songs from Cd's to Ipod?
I totally dont know but if you call the apple company (just look it up in your phone book) they will take you through a step bystep process with how to do ANYTHING with your iPod
hope this helps!!How do you clear the Media Player library after importing songs from Cd's to Ipod?
Are you talking about iTunes? Because that's the only way any typical user can put music on an iPod.
Just highlight all the tracks (CTRL+A) and press Delete.
It'll confirm if you want to delete them.
Then will ask you if you want to just delete the entries, or move the files to the trash.
Confirm to move to trash, empty recycle bin -- done.
