What is the model number of the Mobility Radeon? I can't make the comparison without that.
If it's anything better than the HD3200, it'll significantly outperform the Intel graphics. If it's the HD3200, it'll still outperform the Intel option in almost every benchmark, and in real life too.
When in doubt, go for the Radeon graphics - the 4500MHD is better than anything Intel have ever done before, but it's still not at the same level.

HD3470 since it's dedicated. But rendering should be utilizing a Nvidia Quadro card. Better cards for the purpose.You can find those usually in the business class laptop section.
